We are Neron’s Brother , an independant game company registerd in switzerland. We are the creator of  Supreme Duelist Stickman and  Stickman Project. Our games are available on the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.

 

1. About

By using or otherwise accessing the Services we provide, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Make sure that you read them carefully before using the Services (our Games).You represent that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under age 16, you may not,use our Services. If you are between the ages of 16 and 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to the Terms and our Privacy Policy.If your child wishes to use our Services, you as a child’s legal guardian must agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy as a precondition to the child’s use.

 

2. End-User License Agreement

Subject to these Terms of Use, Neron’s Brother grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable, limited right to use our Services for your own personal, non-commercial, entertainment purposes.Games provided to you are licensed to you and not sold. Neron’s Brother own all right, The apps itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights, still belong to Neron’s Brother.You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the games, any part of the games, or our trademarks in any way.You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the apps, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the games into other languages, or make derivative versions.

 

3. Privacy

Our ads suppliers use your personal data to personalise ads for you. We use third-party analytics provider for the purposes of delivering our services, conducting analysis, and research. Please read our Privacy Policy.If you send requests to us we collect and process the data from you in order to be able to provide a response. For the support purpose, it may be necessary for you to provide us with information about your end device so that we can resolve some technical problems. The informations are voluntary. You are free to send the request to us under a pseudonym.

 

 4. Submiting ideas to improve our games

Neron’s Brother value your feedback , but please don’t submit any creative ideas, suggestions or materials to us (collectively, “Unsolicited Ideas”). This policy is aimed at avoiding potential misunderstandings or disputes when our services might seem similar to Unsolicited Ideas that people submit.If you submit Unsolicited Ideas anyway, then you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, transferable, assignable, non-exclusive, and royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works of, publicly perform, publicly display, digitally perform, make, have made, sell, offer for sale, and import your Unsolicited Ideas, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, industrial rights, and all other intellectual and proprietary rights related thereto, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, including giving the Unsolicited Ideas to others, without any compensation to you. To the extent necessary, you agree that you undertake to execute and deliver any and all documents and perform any and all actions necessary or desirable to ensure that the rights to use the Unsolicited Ideas granted to us as specified above are valid, effective, and enforceable. You also give up any claim that any use by us or our licensees of your Unsolicited Ideas violates any of your rights, including moral rights, privacy rights, rights to publicity, proprietary or other rights, and rights to credit for the material or ideas set for therein.

 

5. Indemnity 

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Neron’s Brother from and against any claims, suits, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) brought by third parties resulting from or relating to your use of any Game or your violation of this Agreement.

 

 6. Limitations of Liability 

The service is provided “as is” without any further warranties or any kind. You understand that our Services cannot be guaranteed as error free. You assume the risk of any and for minor users, the responsibility rests with their legal representatives. Neron’s Brother  won’t be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages or loss from use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to, damages to property, loss of goodwill, device failure or malfunction and, personal injuries, lost profits cause by the action arising out of the Services.

 

7. Epilepsy

Any person who suffers from epilepsy must consult a doctor before playing. If you experience uncontrollable jerking movements, impaired vision, dizziness, muscular or visual spasms, loss of consciousness, disorientation, involuntary movements, or convulsions whilst playing, stop playing immediately and consult your doctor.
